How the boundary works

Rover Around is the driver enrollment and qualification experience. eXo Digital operates the private trust layer that records purpose, consent, document custody, reviewer decisions, retention, and access audit. A screening provider is a replaceable service that may operate a separately authorized hosted flow.

What happens before a screening

A credible, funded opportunity must exist first. Rover Around will identify the role, purpose, applicable requirements, screening provider, data-sharing scope, disclosures, authorization, and terms before you choose whether to continue. A provider result never activates a driver automatically; human eligibility review remains a separate step.

Your data stays role-scoped

Each program is bound to one product, role, purpose, jurisdiction, policy set, and retention rule. Documents, raw provider reports, consent, adverse-action records, and internal provider references are not shared across products or roles.
